The sea was very calm so this was the perfect time for a dive at Watamula
Dive in the Annabay
During a dive here I spotted an extremely rare fish. It looks like a bird with fins at the wingtips. It is a Polka-Dot Batfish. According to Paul Human "not reported in the Caribbean". Apparently the fish can be found here. This is the last place where I would look.
Don't try to find the fish at this place. Diving in the harbor is not permitted unless you have approval from the harbor authorities. There is a high fine for diving here without permission.
Archeological dive in the Annabay
On October 21, 2007 we started at the Mediator site but went along the quay towards the Emma bridge (aka Swinging Old Lady). There we found a lot of antique stuff, mainly from the 19th century.

On October 6, 2007 a group of divers went on a dive to salvage on of the deteriorating parts of the Kingfisher waterplane that was aboard of the USS Erie when this ship was torpedoed by a German submarine during WW 2.
This gallery contains a selection of the pictures taken during this salvage dive.

Crash site dives
These pictures are taken during several dives at this location. Most are pictures of the small plane wreck. The parts are so widely scattered that you probably need more than 1 dive to find them all.
